Careers

Hard work, real money, and a trade nobody can offshore.

Underground utility work pays because it is difficult and because there are not enough people who can do it. If you will show up and you will work safe, we will teach you the rest - and we will tell you what it pays before you apply.

Most of our operators started as laborers in a pit. If you have a clean driving record, you can pass a drug screen and you are willing to be outside in July, we will start you on a crew and pay for the certifications as you earn them.

A CDL, a rail contractor card or trench competent-person training will move you up faster - and if you do not have them, we will put you through them.
